A lifetime resident with 28 years of real estate experience, Kori Lukasko knows the ins and outs of the Monterey Peninsula.

Kori’s client-first mentality originated with her father. She worked alongside him as he led a successful real estate career through honesty, integrity and a relentless commitment to clients. Kori continues that legacy with a loyal following built through referrals and by helping families across generations find the perfect home.

Kori’s knowledge of the local market is extensive. She knows every nook and cranny, from Salinas down the Highway 68 Corridor, into Carmel Valley and the coastside towns of Carmel-by-the-Sea, Carmel Highlands, Pebble Beach, Monterey, Big Sur, and the many coveted golf communities. 

She’s an expert researcher, digging into the specifics of your transaction, and offering up suggestions along the way. Kori is engaged from start to finish, always ready for a negotiation and will never pass you off to an assistant.

Kori enjoys staying close to home, even during vacations, often retreating to the family cabin in Carmel Valley or Arroyo Seco. She treasures the strong sense of community that defines Monterey County. In her leisure time, Kori trains her labradoodle to volunteer at the local hospital, takes walks with her dogs, plays pickleball, and enjoys connecting with family and friends.

Kori attended California State University, Fresno, where she earned a degree in Journalism with an emphasis in Public Relations. Her background in marketing gives her an edge in positioning properties to achieve the best possible price. She is a mother of three, with one college graduate and two college students, and currently resides in Toro Park with her husband and their three dogs, Morgan, Lulu, and Gilly.
